Quick and Easy Tuna Burgers Recipe

To make quick and easy tuna burgers you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | | Eggs | | 1 3/4 | oz | Dry bread crumbs | | 1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill, chopped, or 1 ts dried dill | | 1 | tablespoon | Horseradish | | 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1 | pinch | Salt | | 13 | ounces | Canned water-packed tuna | | 2 | | Green onions, minced | | 1 | | Celery stalk, chopped | | 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil | | 4 | | Whole-wheat hamburger buns |
Instructions
In bowl, lightly beat eggs; mix in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish,
mustard, pepper and salt.
Drain tuna; mix into bowl along with onions and celery. Shape into four
1/2-inch thick burgers.
In nonstick frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat; cook burgers, turning once,
for 10 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Serve the burgers in side the Whole-wheat hamburger buns, with some salad and mayonnaise.
Quick and easy Tuna burgers can also be cooked on the barbecue.
