Toi make a loaf of Basil Parmesan Bread you will need
Ingredients
| 6 | fl oz | Water | | 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil | | 0 3/4 | oz | grated-swiss-cheese | | 0 3/4 | oz | grated-Parmesan-cheese | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 2 | teaspoons | Sugar | | 2 | teaspoons | Basil | | 4 1/4 | oz | whole-wheat-flour | | 4 1/4 | oz | Bread flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Yeast medium-- | | 9 | fl oz | Water | | 1 1/2 | tablespoons | Olive oil | | 1 | oz | Swiss cheese; grated | | 1 | oz | Parmesan cheese; grated | | 1/3 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | tablespoon | Sugar | | 1 | tablespoon | Basil | | 6 1/4 | oz | Whole-wheat-flour | | 6 1/4 | oz | Bread-flour | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Yeast |
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the baking pan in the order given in the ingredient list.
Place the pan in the breadmaker and select the desired setting.
If you are putting the loaf on timer to make overnight then make sure that the yeast doesn't come into contact with the wet ingredients.
If you pile the flour on top then make a well and put the yeast in the well it should prevent the yeast from getting wet.
