To make Apple Cider Dressing you will need
Ingredients
| 1/4 | cups | Apple juice; frozen concentrate, thawed | | 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley | | 2 | tablespoons | Finely shredded apple | | 3 | tablespoons | Light sour cream | | 3 | tablespoons | Water | | 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar | | 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Pepper |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk. About 1 cup dressing
