Apple Cake recipe

To make Apple Cake you will need
Ingredients
| | COMBINE | | | | 1 1/2 | cups | Veg.oil | | 2 | | Eggs beaten | | 2 | cups | Sugar | | 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| | SIFT TOGETHER | | | | 3 | cups | All purpose flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| | STIR IN | | | | 3 | cups | Diced apples (cooking apples) | | 1 | cup | Raisins | | 1 | cup | Chopped walnuts |
Instructions
mix well,spoon into greased & floured 9X13 pan. (dough will be stiff) Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour, test for doneness. May need more cooking time.
