To make Angel Hair Pasta with Cilantro Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Feta for 4 you will need
Ingredients
| 8 | ounces | "Bella" sun-dried tomatoes in oil; coarsely chopped | | 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil; from tomatoes | | 8 | ounces | Feta cheese; crumbled | | 1 | bunch | Fresh cilantro; coarsely chopped | | 4 | ounces | Angel hair pasta; cooked |
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to
directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese. Serve warm
or cold.
