Amaretto Butter Icing Recipe

To make amaretto butter icing you will need
Ingredients
| 21 | oz | icicng sugar | | 2 | oz | Butter | | 3 | tablespoons | Whipping cream; (3 to 4 Tablespoons) | | 2 | tablespoons | Amaretto; (2 to 3 Tablespoons) |
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, beat confectioner's sugar and butter. Add 3
tablespoons cream and 2 tablespoons Amaretto; beat until smooth. Add
remaining cream and Amaretto if needed to achieve spreading consistency.
Yield: This will make enough amaretto butter icing to ice 24 regular cupcakes.
